Performing Anxiety is an ambitious new good practice resource from the Mental Health Foundation, and the team behind the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, for anyone who wants to make live artistic work about mental health, from autobiographical shows about anxiety and depression to participatory projects working with vulnerable people. Join us for a panel with some of the artists involved to discuss the impact of making public facing work about mental health and explore best practice. This event is part of HAS Glasgow Day.

Maryhill Integration Network's Joyous Choir is a community choir for women seeking asylum and refuge in Glasgow. Weekly sessions include singing, song-writing, learning and sharing songs from different cultures, and performance opportunities.
