Two all-day drop-in motorbike patch-making workshops were delivered at St Columba’s, followed by a celebratory evening that brought the project to a close. Participants were invited to collaborate in the gradual decoration of vintage leather jackets.

An invitation was extended to gather with one another in nature for a durational dance vigil in solidarity with those facing oppression, apartheid, genocide, and state violence across the world. Over 8 hours, dancers took the place of the candle that stayed lit during the vigil.

People came and flew a kite with us as we gathered to honour the record-breaking kite flying event by the children of Gaza in 2011. Our family-friendly event, open to all, was a celebration of the strength and joy they found on that day.
