Planet Youth: Family Wellbeing Session

The workshop will focus on creative play and healing arts for children and their families, offering a range of activities from playful finger-painting for toddlers to mindful mandalas for parents. These creative opportunities aim to foster family bonding, reduce stress, and promote emotional wellbeing through art.

An exhibition of creative responses to the lived experiences of women carers (both paid and unpaid) in the region of Renfrewshire. Artists Audrey O'Brien, Karen Herbison, Kayleigh McGuinness and tsBeall responded to the stories they gathered from the carers with artistic works which are now incorporated into a touring exhibition.
