Scottish Ensemble: Music & Wellbeing Workshop

Our session will be delivered by a quartet of Scottish Ensemble musicians and will last 45 minutes. It will incorporate 4-5 live pieces of music from diverse composers and styles to channel different moods, which is accompanied by listening exercises to help participants focus on their bodies and minds, together with facilitated discussion about how the music makes individuals feel.
