Scottish Ensemble: Music & Wellbeing Workshop

Our session was delivered by a quartet of Scottish Ensemble musicians and lasted 45 minutes. It incorporated 4-5 live pieces of music from diverse composers and styles to channel different moods, which was accompanied by listening exercises to help participants focus on their bodies and minds, together with facilitated discussion about how the music made individuals feel.
