Dance for Parkinson's is a weekly dance class for people with Parkinson's and their families and carers, followed by a Social Cafe. The class is facilitated by two dancers from Scottish Ballet, a live pianist and two specially trained volunteers.

Maryhill Integration Network's Joyous Choir is a community choir for women seeking asylum and refuge in Glasgow. Weekly sessions include singing, song-writing, learning and sharing songs from different cultures, and performance opportunities. Joyous choir will perform at HAS Wellbeing Concert to highlight how music can cross cultural barriers and help diverse women heal from trauma through friendship and song. https://www.maryhillintegration.org.uk
