As part of a multiweek residency, a duo of musicians take high quality live music to care home residents and staff in the comfort of their own environment. The performances allow for elements of participation including clapping, singing, and dancing. The musicians also take requests from the residents, ensuring a good mix of repertoire so there is something for everyone!

And breathe, and rest, and listen, and dream. This Therapeutic Sound Healing and Harmonic Breathwork evening is a beautiful space to drop into inner stillness, guided breath, rest and vision. The evening can also aid in releasing physical tension, pain or emotions, and help gain clarity, insight and hope. Hosted by Suzy Nairn and Sophie Brigstocke.

Scottish Parliament
The Healing Arts Scotland Opening Celebration event took place outside the Scottish Parliament at 4pm on Monday, 19th August, as part of the Edinburgh International Festival and Festival of Politics, featuring over 250 performers and participants from across Scotland.

The HAS Conference in Edinburgh on the 19th and 20th August featured UK and international speakers who were leading innovative practice in arts-in-health interventions, including four specially curated panels as part of the Festival of Politics at Scottish Parliament.
