Knitwise - This activity also allows beginners to learn basic hand knit stitches and learn how to introduce a second colour of yarn. Alongside learning knit skills this craft form will help you find a meditative activity that can support your wellbeing.

Singing -   Sing for Health and Happiness with Bea, this activity will help re-energize your cells through song and give you the opportunity to improve your health and well-being.

Qi gong -  Qigong is an ancient healing art with its roots in Chinese Medicine and Martial Arts. It is a nourishing practice which can include simple movement sequences, joint releases and self-massage and helps to regulate the breath and calm the mind. It can be helpful for balance and coordination, building strength and flexibility in the body and mobilising the joints. Qigong sessions are relaxed and accessible can be performed seated or standing, and you don’t need any special clothes or equipment.
